We are delighted to welcome Gareth to our clinic. With many years of experience working in foot health, sports injuries and biomechanics, Gareth has developed a strong reputation for helping people manage and overcome lower limb pain.

Gareth has a special interest in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle conditions, as well as sports-related injuries. He combines advanced knowledge of biomechanics with modern techniques such as diagnostic ultrasound to provide clear insight into the causes of pain and create targeted, effective treatment plans.

His approach focuses not only on reducing current pain, but also on preventing recurrence and optimising long-term performance — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing an ongoing condition, or looking to stay active and injury-free.

Outside of clinical practice, Gareth enjoys playing squash, watching rugby and travelling whenever he gets the chance. He is generally available in our clinic once a month on a Friday.
