Cancellation Policy

Here at South Dublin Podiatry, we understand that every one of our patients leads a busy and demanding life and sometimes a scheduled appointment may no longer suit.

Any time you are unable to keep your appointment however, we would greatly appreciate a call in advance from you so that we may cancel your appointment and use the appointment time for another patient.

Our cancellation policy:

  • Any cancellations more than 24 hours prior to appointment will not be subject to a charge
  • All cancellations within 24 hours of appointment may be subject to a charge of €40
  • Failing to attend two appointments within a 12 month period, a deposit of €40 must be paid to secure your appointment. This will be used as a credit against treatment. This can be paid in cash if you come in to the clinic or you can pay by credit/ debit card over the phone. This will be returned if more than 24 hours notice is given if cancelling this appointment.
